Village Glen Aged Care Residences have a unique philosophy to creating the best environment for staff to thrive and continue to learn. We have a partnership with various registered training organisations (Kangan, Chisholm, Vative Healthcare & Nursing Academy) whereby one of our key focuses is supporting individuals in our organisation to be up skilled and thrive in their career. These organisations run a variety of courses onsite at Village Glen Aged Care Residences in our state of the art training centre.
