Our supportive team works closely with clients to provide Government funded home care packages as well as private services. Flexicare also delivers services under the Short-Term Restorative Care program, which is an 8 week journey of intensive rehabilitation to keep you happy and healthy in your own home.

Flexicare Home Support is a one stop shop for all your home care needs with an experienced and qualified team from a broad range of occupations. Flexicare offers Government funded home care packages, private services and also delivers short-term restorative care programs.
Government Funded Home Care Packages
Flexicare can guide you through the process of obtaining a home care package and answer any questions you have. Flexicare supports level 1-4 packages and has a wide range of services delivered from our multidisciplinary team of health professionals. If do not have a home care package, don’t worry! Flexicare has made their services available to clients who may wish to purchase services privately.
Short-term Restorative Care
Short-term restorative care is a rehabilitation program designed to help you stay independent in your own home. Over an 8 week journey, a multidisciplinary team of health professionals will tailor a care plan to suit you. For more information about short-term restorative care, click here.

Flexicare employs a highly qualified and experienced team, led by Home Support Partners (case managers) who work closely with the client and carers to deliver the care and services that are required.
This team includes Home Support Workers (carers), occupational therapists, nurses, physiotherapists and a management team to oversee the business. Flexicare has a strict employment process for its aged care qualified staff including reference and police checking, intensive on-boarding process, frequent contact and supervision of workers. In addition staff are up skilled in first aid and CPR.
