Village Glen is a family owned business offering Residential Aged Care, Retirement Living and Home Support Services on the Mornington Peninsula. Our Capel Sound Aged Care Residence is a 194 bed facility and our Mornington Aged Care Residence is a 92 bed facility. Both campuses are state of the art and reflect the organisation’s commitment to quality and service.
The successful candidates will have a desire to exceed customer expectations, a willingness to learn and want to work for an industry leader. Applicants will have a Certificate III or Certificate IV in Aged Care or Individual Support and those who have completed or are willing to complete Medication Administration training will be highly regarded.

Quality Co-ordinator – Flexicare & Retirement Living
We're looking for someone who genuinely cares for the elderly and has a flair for listening, understanding, and acting on their needs.
Whether you're an experienced EN or a skilled administrator with a passion for client care, this role offers a dynamic environment where no two days are the same.
Working closely with the Quality & Compliance Manager and collaborating with managers and employees you will be responsible for….
• Collating data and format the Retirement Living & Flexicare Quality reports
• Prepare relevant reports and materials for the Quality meetings
• Build key relationships with relevant Managers/staff to support quality priorities in line with Village Glen's Governance Framework
• Co-ordinate the audit process for Village Glen Flexicare staff and clients

Home Support Workers
Village Glen Flexicare deliver services across the Frankston City Council and Mornington Peninsula region, to clients living in their own homes under the Home Care Packages and Veterans Home Care program.
No two days will be the same in this highly varied role. Here's just a taste of what you'll be up to:
Assist the Home Support Partner in delivering care and support into the client's home
Care for clients
Workplace safety
Delivering great customer service and reporting client feedback
What can you bring?
You'll need to be broad-minded, empathetic and bring a diverse range of experience to the table with you, as well as a Cert. III / IV in Individual Support, Disability, Community Care or Aged Care. (If you're currently working towards a Cert. III qualification, that's ok too).
